Clean, rinse and halve the grapes. Clean, rinse and spin dry the lettuce. Cut cambozola into slices.

White wine vinegar, apple juice, a little bit of salt, pepper and oil in a screw jar form and shake well.

Cut the raisin bread into 2 cm cubes and toast in melted butter until golden brown. Arrange the lettuce and grapes with the bread cubes. Roughly shred the cheese and form over it. Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
