Vodka Vanilla

For the Vodka Vanilla, cut the vanilla bean in half and put it in a well-sealed bottle. Add the vodka and seal well.

The whole thing should stay in the bottle for at least a month before use. Then you can use the vodka vanilla for baking or cocktails.
