Wafer Slices

Coarsely chop the butter cookies.

Heat Ceres and melt the chocolate in it. Add rum and jam. Mix the mixture with the butter cookies and let it infuse well. Then add the pistachios.

Spread the mixture smoothly on a wafer, cover with a second wafer and weigh it down (e.g. with a packet of flour).

Refrigerate the wafer slices overnight and then cut into cubes.
