Cut apples, orange or pineapple into small pieces, add the juice of one lemon and mix. Coarsely grate carrots and celery, rinse grapes, cut in half, remove seeds and add everything together.

Roast the coarsely chopped walnuts in a dry frying pan, cool a little, then add them as well. Season with herb salt and pepper, finally fold in stiff whipped cream.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good aroma!
