Instructions:

Cream butter with yolks and sugar. Stir in the grated poppy seeds and hazelnuts with the stiffly beaten egg whites. Season with vanilla sugar, rum and cinnamon.

Bake the mixture in a pre-greased cake pan.

When cooled, fill the cake with currant jam and cover with cake glaze.
