For the watermelon tart, cut the top and bottom pieces of the watermelon straight off, peel the rest and shape it into a tart shape.

Whip the cream with cream stiffener and sugar until stiff and cover the watermelon with it.

Decorate the side of the cake with almond slivers.

Wash and clean the remaining fruit and decorate the top of the watermelon cake with it.
