For the wheat bread with wild herbs from the combi steamer, dissolve yeast in the liquid. Place in a mixing bowl together with the flour, herbs and salt and mix well with a dough hook.

Let the dough rise in the oven at 40 °C for 40 – 60 minutes. After rising, knead again, form a loaf and score the surface about 1 cm deep.

Place the bread on a baking tray with baking paper and steam in a combi oven at 180 °C /20 – 25 % steam for 50 – 60 minutes.

Remove the wheat bread with wild herbs from the combi steamer and allow to cool.
