For the wheat loaf, cook the wheat in water according to package directions until soft and season with salt. Steep breadcrumbs in the warmed milk (use a little more milk if needed) for a quarter of an hour.

Finely dice the onion, chop the parsley and press the garlic.

Sauté the onions in butter.

Mix well the cooked wheat with the eggs, onions, garlic breadcrumbs and parsley. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Shape into small loaves. Heat oil and fry the wheat loaves on both sides for 5 minutes each.
