Instructions:

Roast oat flakes in a non-stick frying pan and set aside.

Heat apple juice with honey, pour in apple pieces and raisins and infuse for about 3-4 min. Mix the dried fruits with the muesli mixture in a baking bowl, add yogurt and whey, stir in the toasted oatmeal as well and steep to taste. Lift out the apples and raisins with a slotted spoon and fold loosely into the muesli.

Tip:

Sweet whey is suitable for muesli and sweet drinks, sour whey is best for savory drinks.

Tip: Use a normal or light yogurt as needed!
