For the whiskey whipped cream pralines, bring the cream to the boil and add the sugar, stirring constantly until the sugar starts to caramelize. The mixture will turn brown and bubble.

Then stir in the whiskey. Do not forget to stir. Remove the mixture from the heat and continue stirring until the mixture begins to cool and become malleable. Then form pralines and place the whiskey whipped cream pralines in small ramekins.
