Instructions:

For the wholemeal strudel, prepare the strudel dough (mix all the ingredients carefully with a wooden spoon, then knead a little by hand), brush with a little oil and leave to rest for 30 minutes.

For the filling, mix all the ingredients, roll out the dough thinly, brush with oil, spread the filling on top and roll up.

Spread the wholemeal strudel thinly with oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 30-40 minutes.
