For the bear’s garlic cheese dumplings, cut the pita bread into cubes. Whisk eggs with milk, add salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the bread cubes and knead briefly.

Finely chop the onion, fry lightly in a little oil and add to the bread cubes. Roughly chop the wild garlic and add to the bread mixture with the cheese.

Mix everything well and let it rest for 30 minutes. Now form loafs from the mass and fry them in hot oil.
