Instructions:

Heat the milk with a little pepper, butter, salt and peeled garlic clove.

Peel and finely chop the onion and sauté in the remaining butter until translucent. Mix into the dumpling bread with the milk.

Finely chop the wild garlic and also mix into the dumpling mixture.

Leave to stand for approx. 10 minutes.

Then form dumplings and cook in hot salted water until they float to the top.

Remove the dumplings with a sieve scoop and serve as a side dish.
