Crumble yeast in 180 ml lukewarm water, add 1 pinch of sugar and let rise for about 5 minutes.

Sift flour into a suitable bowl, stir loosely with the yeast water. Let stand until cracks appear on the surface.

Add salt and 1 tbsp. oil to the dampfl form and knead everything together into a shiny, smooth dough. Form into a ball and leave in a warm place with the lid closed for about 30 min.

In the meantime, peel the onions, divide them into fine rings. Rinse wild garlic and shake dry.

Knead dough, divide into eighths. Form each into a ball. Dust lightly with flour, let rise with lid closed for another 15 min. Heat electric stove to 250 degrees.

Roll out dough balls into patties about 1 cm thick, place 4 at a time on a greased baking sheet, brush with a tiny bit of oil. Top with wild garlic, onions and cheese, drizzle with remaining oil. Bake the patties in the oven at 250 °C (gas mark 5) for about 15 min. until golden brown.
