Instructions:

For the wild garlic pot pies, first butter ovenproof ramekins. Prepare a water bath (fill a baking dish about 1-2 cm – depending on the height of the ramekins – with water) and place in the oven. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Finely chop the washed wild garlic. Mix all the ingredients for the tartlets. Pour into the prepared ramekins, place in the water bath and cook in the oven for about half an hour.

In the meantime, finely puree all ingredients for the corn puree.

Turn out the wild garlic pot tarts and serve with the corn puree.
