For the wild salmon bread with fried egg, spread the bread slices with 1 tablespoon of butter and top with the wild salmon slices and drizzle with a little lemon juice.

In a hot pan, fry the fried eggs in the remaining butter. Arrange one fried egg on each of 2 sandwiches and garnish with some capers and some mayonnaise.

Add some lettuce and vegetable garnish if desired. Season the wild salmon sandwiches with fried egg with salt and pepper.
