Instructions:

Place bread slices like roof tiles in a buttered baking dish. Brush them with white wine and top each with a slice of processed cheese. Mix the eggs, add the milk and spices and pour over the top. Bake in a heated oven at 210 °C for about half an hour. Garnish with parsley and paprika.
