Instructions:

Make a sauce from the chopped nut oil, onions, mustard, pepper, vinegar, salt.

Cook a dip from salt, yogurt, herbs, pepper and garlic. With 1 tbsp. nut oil briefly fry crayfish tails, season with salt, pepper and garlic. Form a bouquet from the leaf lettuces, pour the sauce over them. Arrange the fried crayfish tails and cheese strips on the lettuce. Bring to the table together with the dip.
