Winter Salad with Marinated Rump Steak

Instructions:

Place rump steaks in a mold with oil (1). Put spices and kitchen herbs in a small container, stir and crush lightly with a mortar, then spread evenly on the rump steaks. Drizzle with oil (2) and let stand for one night.

Fry meat in a hot frying pan on both sides until not completely cooked through. Clean and rinse leaf lettuce and arrange on plates as desired. Sprinkle with parsley and dill.

Make a marinade of oil, peppercorns, peppers, vinegar and fresh chopped herbs and drizzle over the leaf lettuce.

Remove the rump steaks from the frying pan and cut into coarser slices.

Arrange on the leaf lettuce all around and bring to the table on the spot.
