Cut the vegetables.

Heat the oil in a wok, brown the ginger and garlic in it, then add the cut vegetables. First the hard vegetables (carrots, etc.), then the soft vegetables and mushrooms.

Steam until soft, then add the vegetable soup and season with soy sauce.

Let it stand for a while until the vegetables are cooked but still al dente.
