For the wok vegetables with meat, first dice the pork and put it in a mixture of canola oil, salt, pepper, marjoram and thyme. Leave to marinate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.

Place the pork in a wok without adding any more oil and stir-fry until hot. Add the wok vegetables and wait until the water has evaporated.

After that, fry everything together again until hot. Season the wok vegetables with meat with salt and pepper and serve.
