Try this delicious cake recipe:

Beat egg whites with 2 tbsp water until stiff. Add sugar while continuing to beat. Stir in egg yolks. Combine flour, pudding powder and baking powder, fold in. Form into a cake springform pan ( 26 cm ) lined with parchment paper, bake at 175 C for 35 minutes, cool, cut twice.

For the filling, soak gelatin, warm. Leftover. Stir ingredients except raspberries, remove one third. Stir the raspberries into the 2/3 of the mixture, spread 1/2 of the cream on one cake layer, place the second layer on top, spread the remaining cream on top and place the third layer on top. Spread with the white cream, spread the raspberries evenly on top, chill for about 5 hours. Dust with cocoa and powdered sugar before serving.
