Instructions:

Stir vinegar, egg yolk, mustard, salt and pepper with a whisk. Add the oil drop by drop. Then stir with the yogurt, stir in all the other ingredients. Serve chilled.

Tip: The higher the fat content in the yogurt, the more aromatic and creamy the result!
