Instructions:

It is important to note under the topic “Dessert” that you can use our Frusip’s or our soluble ballast sweeteners very well for flavoring.

For every 200 ml of yogurt, i.e. one glass, add 2 teaspoons of the 1:40 concentrate and 4 teaspoons of the 1:20 concentrate. And – depending on how sweet you want it – 1 to 2 tsp of our fruit or ballast sweetener.

Stir briefly, and a delicious yogurt is ready, which you can of course also add fruit – fresh, preserved or frozen.

Marzipan yoghurt with poppy seeds – 150 gm yoghurt – 1 tsp ballast sweetness Ht – 1 tbsp curd cheese – 1 tsp Frusip`s marzipan – 1 to 2 tsp poppy seeds Stir all ingredients well with the yoghurt.

Poppy seed not only tastes good, but also has an extremely high fiber content of 20%.
