Instructions:

For the yogurt dumplings, whip the cream until stiff. Soak gelatine in cold water, squeeze out, heat lemon juice and dissolve gelatine in it.

Mix yogurt with curd cheese, sugar and salt, add dissolved gelatine quickly and mix with a whisk, now fold in the whipped cream.

Pour into a bowl and refrigerate overnight. Cut out dumplings, place on plates, drizzle with strawberry sauce and sprinkle with cocoa.
