For the yogurt dumplings, mix yogurt with powdered sugar, lemon juice and curd cheese. Soak gelatine and dissolve in hot rum.

Stir the melted gelatine into the yogurt mixture while stirring constantly. As soon as the cream becomes a little firmer, fold in the whipped cream.

Leave to stand overnight in the refrigerator. Form dumplings and serve the yogurt dumplings with fruit sauce.
