Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water for approx. 5 min. Meanwhile, stir together sugar, vanilla sugar, yogurt, lemon zest and juice. Squeeze gelatin a little bit and let it melt gently in the microwave at low speed. Mix a little of the yogurt mixture into the dissolved gelatin, then mix everything together. Fold in the whipped cream until stiff. Pour into a mold and refrigerate for several hours. To turn out, dip the mold briefly in warm water.
