For the yogurt mousse, peel the persimmon and puree the pulp. Beat the whipped cream until it is almost stiff.

Then mix all the ingredients together except the whipped cream. Then gently fold in the whipped cream and divide the mousse among 4 bowls.

Place the mousse in the refrigerator and let it stiffen.

Garnish the yogurt mousse with chocolate chips or persimmon slices.
