For the yogurt terrine with cinnamon sauce, soak the gelatin in cold water, then squeeze well.

Rinse the strawberries with cold water, pat dry and cut into pieces.

Heat the ice wine and dissolve the squeezed gelatine in it. Stir in the sugar. Mix all ingredients together and finally fold in the stiffly whipped cream.

Line a baking dish with plastic wrap, leaving a generous rim hanging over, and pour in the yogurt mixture. Fold the foil over the mixture and let the terrine set in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.

For the cinnamon sauce, mix all the ingredients together and finally fold in the stiffly whipped cream.

Turn the yogurt terrine out onto a plate and cut into slices. Serve with the cinnamon sauce.
