For the zucchini cake, beat the eggs and sugar until thick and add the butter. Mix the remaining ingredients and fold in. Carefully add the zucchini.

Pour into a greased cake pan and bake at 170 °C for about 1 hour.

Let the zucchini cake cool and cover with chocolate icing.
