Instructions:

For zucchini cabbage, cut zucchini, bell bell pepper and onion (starch to taste).

Boil pickling vinegar, apple juice, curry powder, sugar, pickling spice, salt and lemon juice for 5 minutes. Then add the sliced zucchini, bell bell pepper and onion and cook for another 2 minutes. Pour the zucchini cabbage into jars while still hot.
