For the zucchini in béchamel cut them (round shape) and fry in oil.

Then prepare the béchamel sauce. To do this, fry flour in margarine until it turns yellow. Then add cold milk, salt and pepper. Stir constantly until the sauce thickens a bit!

Put half of the zucchini in an ovenproof dish and cover with the mince. Spread the rest of the zucchini on top. Cover with the béchamel sauce.

Beat the egg with a fork, season with pepper and spread over the béchamel sauce. If desired, spread some more butter on top.

Bake the zucchini in béchamel over medium heat for about 30 minutes, until lightly browned on top.
