Remove the crusts from white bread, grate. Add the juice of one lemon. Peel onion and chop finely with a little bit of basil. Add the bread. Add the egg and season with salt and pepper. Rinse the zucchini, cut the ends into small pieces. Finely grate the zucchini into the mixture. Heat the oil, arrange 2 meat loaves per person and fry in the oil for 5 min on each side. Cut remaining basil into tender strips.

Mix yogurt until smooth, season with crushed pepper, garlic, salt and basil. Serve the sauce with the meatballs on the table.
