Instructions:

For zucchini neapolitan wash the zucchini and cut in half lengthwise. Scrape out the flesh with a spoon and dice.

For the filling, sauté onions and minced meat in olive oil. Finely dice ham, wash and finely chop parsley, then mix everything with egg, cheese, ketchup, cream and the diced zucchini pieces.

Season with salt, pepper, chervil and season with Tabasco sauce. Place the zucchini in a baking dish, cover with the filling and add the butter flakes on top.

Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
