For the asparagus salad, peel asparagus, cut into pieces, cook in salted water for 10 minutes and drain. Put them in a bowl.

Cut the honey cucumbers into small pieces and add to the asparagus with the sliced eggs. Mix the mayonnaise with some cucumber juice, lemon, salt and pepper and pour over the asparagus. Leave the asparagus salad to stand in the refrigerator.
