For Baked Eggs with Sauce Tartar hard boil 4 eggs and rinse with cold water, peel.

Mix 1 egg with milk and season with salt. Coat the boiled eggs in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Fry in hot fat for 2 to 3 min until golden brown. Keep warm.

For the tartar sauce, strain egg yolks through a sieve. Season with salt, juice of one lemon and pepper. Carefully mix in oil bit by bit. Finely chop cucumbers and capers. Wash chives and cut into fine rolls. Mix all ingredients well.

Serve baked eggs with tartar sauce and decorate with capers!
