Instructions:

Mix the ingredients and knead into a dough. Gradually add milk and continue mixing until the dough becomes slightly “bubbly”.

Scoop the dough with a tablespoon (hold the spoon in boiling water beforehand) and place it in bubbling boiling water. The dumpling will sink and surface as soon as it is cooked. Simmer the dumplings a little longer on low heat and transfer to a colander to drain. Brown butter in a frying pan and lightly brown the dumplings.
