For Spaghetti Sojanese, fry bacon and rosemary in a little olive oil until golden. Add onions and garlic and sauté for another 3 minutes. Prepare the soy mince according to package directions and add to the onions.
Stir-fry for about 3 minutes more and pour in the wine. Reduce the liquid slightly, then add the oregano, tomatoes and tomato paste. Season to taste with the spices and cook for 5-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the spaghetti according to package directions and drain in a colander. Just before serving, add some fresh chopped basil to the sauce. Serve the Spaghetti Sojanese with some grated Parmesan cheese.
